Spring & Fall Property Resets

Seasonal Cleanups

Two thorough cleanups a year, timed for Pennsylvania weather. Leaf removal, bed prep, pruning, and mulching to keep your property looking sharp.

Why homeowners choose us

The work that makes everything else look effortless.

A great spring lawn starts with a thorough fall cleanup. A great fall property starts with a careful spring reset. Most homeowners underestimate how much these two visits set up everything else. Done right, your property looks intentional from March through December and your lawn comes out of winter ahead of every neighbor.

What we handle

Pruning & Cutback

Shrub pruning, perennial cutback, and ornamental grass trimming on the right schedule for each plant.

Hardscape Cleanup

Patios and walkways power-blown clean, stains and debris removed, joints inspected.

First & Last Cuts

A clean first cut in spring and a final dormant cut in late fall to set the stage.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

1
Schedule the cleanups

We schedule both your spring kickstart and fall cleanups in advance so they hit at the right week, not the cheapest week.

2
Two-pass execution

In fall, a mid-October leaf pass followed by a thorough late-November final. In spring, a single comprehensive reset.

3
Property reset

Property looks reset, beds and hardscape are clean, and the lawn is ready for the season to come.

Common questions

Good to know.

How many cleanups do most properties need?

Two: a spring reset in late March or early April, and a fall cleanup that we usually split into a mid-October pass and a final late-November pass. Some larger properties add a midsummer tidy.

Do you haul away all the debris?

Yes. All leaves, cuttings, and bed debris leave with us. Nothing gets piled at the curb or left behind. We bring our own equipment and our own trucks.

What if my property is partially wooded?

Heavily wooded properties need more leaf passes (often 3 in fall) and we price accordingly. We will tell you that on the estimate, not surprise you with it after.
