Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by All Season Lawn and Landscaping, Inc. (“All Season,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and your use of our website at allseasonlawnandlandscaping.com. By requesting a service estimate, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

All Season provides lawn care, landscape design, hardscape construction, and seasonal cleanup services to residential and commercial properties in Bucks County and Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Specific services, scope of work, and pricing are confirmed in a written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins.

2. Service Area

We primarily serve Bucks and eastern Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our standard service area. Contact us to confirm whether your property is within our current coverage zone.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Estimates are based on property conditions at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those observed at the time of the estimate.

4. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property on the scheduled service date. If access is not available at the agreed time, we may reschedule the service. Repeated missed access may result in additional scheduling fees or cancellation of your service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. For recurring maintenance services, payment terms will be outlined in your maintenance contract. For project work (hardscape, landscape design, etc.), deposit and progress payment schedules will be defined in your project agreement. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.

6. Cancellation Policy

For recurring maintenance services, you may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. For project work, cancellation terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services due to weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, and will reschedule at the earliest available date.

7. Property Conditions and Hazards

You are responsible for notifying us of any known property hazards, underground utilities, irrigation lines, invisible fencing, or other conditions that could affect our work. All Season is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed features. You agree to ensure that underground utilities are marked by PA One Call (811) prior to any digging or hardscape work.

8. Limitation of Liability

All Season’s liability for any claims arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All Season carries general liability insurance; certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 5 business days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Plant material warranties, if applicable, will be specified in your project agreement. We do not warranty plant material against acts of nature, drought, disease, or improper watering by the customer.

10. Website Use

The content on allseasonlawnandlandscaping.com — including text, images, and design — is owned by All Season Lawn and Landscaping, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Submission of a contact or estimate form does not constitute a binding service agreement; service is confirmed only upon written agreement from All Season.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
